Fulfillment & Shipment Process

We are currently limiting our shipping area to customers who reside in the 48 states in the Continental United States.

If you live beyond this area and would like to buy something, please contact so we can investigate the cost of shipping to your location.

 

Products with custom imprints or embroidery of The Fun Chasers logos and other custom graphics featured on The Fun Chaser site are fulfilled through Printful, a 3rd party supplier and partner of Wix and The Fun Chasers. Printful is known as a print-on-demand or POD supplier.

Print-on-demand (or POD) is an order fulfillment method where items appearing in our online store are physically inventoried and printed as soon as a customer order is made.

 

The print-on-demand dropshipping delivery time is based on fulfillment time + shipping time. Printful automatically sends your orders to the nearest fulfillment center where the items are produced in 3–7 business days. During this time the order is electronically received at the fulfillment center, scheduled for printing, picked, printed (if the item requires printing), and finally packed for shipment to you. This time frame is just an estimate and does not include the time it takes to ship the finished product from the fulfillment center to you. Under normal condition, you should expect to receive your order in about 2 weeks.

 

Each t-shirt, hat, hoodie, etc. is printed, packed and shipped by Printful from one of the facilities on behalf of The Fun Chasers. This print on demand method allows us to offer our customers a unique product created specifically for them at their request. At The Fun Chasers, each and every order is a special order!

 

If you want something personal added to a product or want to substitute your art, just contact us so we can discuss our custom design options, fees, and what type of artwork is acceptable.

 

Other items may be added to our store at any time that does not require printing. In these cases, the supplier is not Printful, however, the drop ship process to pick, pack and ship your order remains essentially the same. All policies below apply to all products purchased.

 

Shipping and Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Under normal conditions, it takes 3–7 days to pick, print and pack an order, after which it’s shipped out. Holidays can lengthen the time needed to fulfill orders. This is only an estimate, your experience may vary.

The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated to take approximately 2 weeks to process, print, packed and ship. This is only an estimate, your experience may vary.

If you receive a notice that an item or items purchased are back ordered, we suggest you choose a different style or color that is available to avoid an extended wait. In some cases a supplier may discontinue an item and fail to remove it from their offering. We can not be held liable for any negligence of our 3rd party suppliers. However, we will work with you and attempt to resolve your issue in a fair way.

Covid-19 Impacts on Shipping and Returns
Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. Due to Covid-19, products can not be returned as unsealed product cannot be resold. All Sales are Final.

Many manufacturers, distributors and retailers are experiencing delays due to a backlog in the worldwide and USA supply chains, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. The delays in the shipment of nearly all goods to the USA may last until sometime in 2022.

Where will my order ship from?

​

We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide. Orders ship from the most efficient location for that product.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

​

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at talesfromthefunchasers@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

​

We work with Printful a print-on-demand drop shipper. They source the original products from suppliers worldwide and store them until they receive an order to print and ship the item to you, the end customer. As such, The Fun Chasers have little control or knowledge relating to what factory originally produced the product. Printful has locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at talesfromthefunchasers@gmail.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

​

If you are present when delivery is made and notice the package is damaged, you can tell the delivery person you are refusing the item and they will return the damaged package to the sender or fulfilment center.

If you were not present when delivery was made and discovered the problem when you open the package, please take a moment and contact us right away. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at talesfromthefunchasers@gmail.com  right away but in any case, within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. If the product and package were both damaged please take and send us pictures showing all damage. We’ll contact the supplier with your claim and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

​

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, except in the case of damage or a mistake (wrong or missing items). We do not offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size or because you changed your mind and don’t want the item. If there’s something wrong with your order, damage, wrong item shipped or missing item) please let us know by contacting us at talesfromthefunchasers@gmail.com  

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. This is because we (The Fun Chasers) pay for the items you order in advance of receiving your payment. We offer products from 3rd party suppliers for low prices because we buy with the understanding that all sales are final and we (The Fun Chasers) will not receive a refund. We are only paid when an order is delivered.

We will only issue refunds to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at talesfromthefunchasers@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Please contact us within one week or sooner of receiving the order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

​

We don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, order one item prior to ordering multiple items. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at talesfromthefunchasers@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

We understand that our no refunds/all sales final policy differs from other companies. We are a small company offering products to people who enjoy our blog, our YouTube channel, and social community and use the money raised from our online store to help us continue our travels and provide you with interesting, entertaining, and educational content through our experiences.
