RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS OFFERED FOR ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT OUR ADVANCE AUTHORIZATION.
ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITH IN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RECIEPT OF THE PRODUCT.
UPON REQUEST FOR RETURN, WE WILL ASSIGN YOUR REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THE CORRECT LOCATION. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY OUR 3rd PARTY FACILITY.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO US FREIGHT OR POSTAGE PREPAID. COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories, if any, and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:
Any apparel, clothing, T-shirts, or similar item that has been worn.
Any clothing that is the wrong size. All clothing is custom printed and cannot be returned because the wrong size was ordered. Contact us about a special discount to assist you when you reorder the correct size.
Unsealed products that cannot be resold due to Covid-19 restrictions.
We will issue a refund or credit only when the conditions for refund are met as stated herein.

We are a small company offering products to people who enjoy our blog, our YouTube channel, and social community and use the money raised from our online to store to help us continue our travels and provide you with interesting, entertaining, and educational content through our experiences.
Our Print on Demand Partner has the following policies that directly influence how we process returns of printed or embroidered products.
Printful Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received by the end customer. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at Printful’s expense.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to The Fun Chasers. Printful does not accept returns of used or unsealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, clothing, etc. that has been worn and is not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. See the examples below:
1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Authorized Returns by Customer – Printful will only accept returns with written authorization of The Fun Chasers. Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. All returns will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or purposely destroyed to imitate “damage”, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
